  1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or bundle promotion.

  2. This offer is available to new customers only and applies to first-time registrations with Crying Out Loud.

  3. This offer is available to licensed real estate agencies with offices located in Sydney only.

  4. Floor Plan credits can only be used in conjunction with a standard photoshoot booking. We can not accept a floor plan-only booking.

  5. This promotion applies to all residential and commercial properties under 400m² in size. No exceptions.

  6. Crying Out Loud reserves the right to approve, refuse or revoke any application for this promotion at its discretion. If revoked before use, a full refund will be provided.

  7. Unused Floor Plan credits expire on 30th June 2028. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.

  8. This promotion is available for a limited time only or until fully subscribed and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

  9. Custom Floor Plan designs are available on request.

  10. This offer is for the internal 2D floor plan only, and includes additional granny flats, separate parking, garages and storage cages. Excludes advanced 3D floor plans (additional cost). This offer does not include a site plan; however, it can be included with an additional charge ($55).
