  1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or bundle promotion.

  2. This offer is available to new customers only and applies to first-time registrations with Crying Out Loud.

  3. This offer is available to licensed real estate agencies with offices located in Sydney only.

  4. Virtual Furniture credits can only be used on photos taken by Crying Out Loud. Due to copyright restrictions, these credits cannot be applied to images supplied by third-party photographers, agency staff, property owners, or any other outside source. No exceptions.

  5. This promotion applies to standard residential empty rooms only. It excludes commercial properties, oversized or warehouse-style spaces, and does not include any form of virtual renovation, construction, or modification of walls, floors, or structural elements.

  6. Rooms containing existing furniture may require digital item removal first, prior to staging, which incurs an additional charge of $30 (inc GST).

  7. Crying Out Loud reserves the right to approve, refuse or revoke any application for this promotion at its discretion. If revoked before use, a full refund will be provided.

  8. Unused Virtual Furniture credits expire on 30th June 2028.

  9. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.

  10. This promotion is available for a limited time only or until fully subscribed and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
