- Less work for you – Direct vendor/landlord billing means we chase them up on your behalf. The payment and confirmation process is much faster meaning we can get your completed marketing material to you instantly after payment is received.
- No client funds available – No need to wait for ‘New Client Business’ to fund their account or pay a marketing budget up front. We invoice them directly for fast and easy online account payment. Allowing you to get your property marketing material faster and get the property listing up online.
- Fast account settlement – the sooner a customer receives an invoice, the quicker they can pay us. The Pay Now button in the invoice makes payments quicker and easier with multiple payment options.
- Invoice payment reminders – along with emailing the invoice, we also send an invoice link via SMS. We then pursue the vendor/landlord with automated payment reminder emails on your behalf.
- Instant customer receipts – when a customer makes an online payment, they’ll receive a confirmation email and can also view a receipt from their online invoice.
How the invoice looks to your landlord/vendor
The customer will receive the invoice by email and SMS notification with an option to Pay Now, They’ll then be asked to select their payment method of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google PayTM or PayPal. Fees are then debited when the customer pays their invoice. When a customer makes the online payment, they’ll receive a confirmation email and can also view a receipt from their online invoice.
How the Invoice looks to landlords/vendors
The customer receives their invoice as they normally would, but they’ll now see a Pay Now button.
Clicking Pay Now prompts them to choose their payment method.
When they select Credit or Debit Card, they’ll be asked to enter their card details. The amount owing, the surcharge fee, and the total amount due (invoice and surcharge fee) will be shown as below. The customer is informed of the payment surcharge for online payments which is automatically applied. Once they’ve entered their payment details, they click Pay.
How to initiate a Direct Customer Online Payment with us
When booking a photo shoot with us, just inform us you would like the Vendor/Landlord to be billed directly. We then require their full Name, Email and Mobile number to initiate the direct online payment process. A digital invoice will then be sent directly to the landlord/vendor by email with an additional SMS notification. Automated invoice payment reminder notices then also follow to remind them to make their payment.
Fees & Charges – There are no setup or cancellation fees with online payments, but there is a direct customer transaction fee that will apply to all payments made online. Transaction fees: 1.8% of the invoice total + $0.25 per transaction (excluding BPAY).
